ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders received before 4:00PM(CT) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 4:00 PM(CT) will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by DWC Group llc or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

All orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Issue Notification Policy: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of a package being marked as delivered by the carrier to report any issues, including missing packages, damaged items or incorrect products. When reporting an issue, please include your customer information, such as your order number, in the email to ensure prompt processing. This allows us to promptly investigate and resolve any concerns with our shipping partners.
