SECTION 1 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DWC Group LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
SECTION 2 - CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon completion of your order.
SECTION 3 - RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to keep our operations efficient and costs low, the following rules apply to all cancellation requests:
Cancellations are only accepted before your order has been shipped. Once an order enters the “Shipped” status (you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking), it can no longer be canceled or modified. All approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking/cancellation fee. This non-refundable fee will be deducted from the refund amount and covers payment processing, administrative costs, and inventory handling.
How to request a cancellation:
Contact us immediately via email at [email protected] with your order number and the subject line “CANCELLATION REQUEST.” Requests are processed in the order they are received. 75% of orders are shipped within less than 24 hours, please contact us via email immediately if you wish to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already moved to processing or shipping.
Refund timeline:
If your cancellation is approved, the refund (minus the 10% fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our standard Return Policy and are not eligible for cancellation.
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, due to the specialized do-it-yourself (DIY) nature of our products and components, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the package has been opened.
Unopened items:
Items returned in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging with all seals intact may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery (subject to a 30% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping).
Opened items:
Once the original package has been opened, broken, or tampered with in any way, the item is considered used and is non-returnable and non-refundable for safety, and quality-control reasons common to DIY parts and modification components.
Defective or incorrect items:
If you receive a part that is genuinely defective or was shipped in error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis (opened packaging may still disqualify standard returns, but warranty claims will be honored). We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. All approved returns must include the original invoice/receipt and be shipped at the customer’s expense (unless the error was ours). Any approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied to the original order, the standard flat rate shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM CST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order.
SECTION 5 - TAXES
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Wisconsin. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
SECTION 6 - TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, DWC Group LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DWC Group LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DWC Group LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that DWC Group llc is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether DWC Group llc signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
SECTION 10 - COMPONENT USES
The components purchased from Aves Rails are of a DIY nature. It is strongly recommended that these components are used by a qualified individuals. Aves Rails is not responsible for any damages caused by misuses of our components.
SECTION 11 - SHIPPING POLICY
Customer requested cancellations will incur a 10% restocking fee.
We DO NOT accept ANY International orders or orders outside of the United States, including to US Territories.
By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you accept all Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies and Shipping Policies. You also agree that you will not export ANY of these parts outside of the United States, to any foreign country, or to any US Territories.
Any order that does not have a matching billing and shipping address, or the billing and shipping ARE NOT within a reasonable geographical distance will be canceled at our discretion.
Aves reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any circumstances. By doing so the customer will be refunded and we will attempt to notify the customer via email about the cancellation.
Delivery Issue Notification Policy: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of a package being marked as delivered by the carrier to report any issues, including missing packages, damaged items or incorrect products. When reporting an issue, please include your customer information, such as your order number, in the email to ensure prompt processing. This allows us to promptly investigate and resolve any concerns with our shipping partners.
